Bayswater Waves offers a Changing Places facility for people with disabilities needing extra space and assistance in restrooms. These secure, clean facilities use the Master Locksmith Access Key (MLAK) system for access.

Who can access a key?

• People needing assistance with toileting or changing.
• Carers, family, support workers, and disability service providers.
• Others approved by the City on a case-by-case basis.

How to get a key?
– Apply via Master Locksmiths Association
– Companion Cardholders can apply via National Disability Services
– Facility staff can assist eligible users upon proof of eligibility.
