Planning your child’s birthday at Bayswater Waves is both fun and affordable. We offer a variety of packages and options to suit your needs:

Prices (not including catering and optional extras):

• Up to 10 Children: $125.00
• Up to 20 Children: $175.00
• Up to 30 Children: $225.00

Each package includes one free adult spectator per child. Additional children can attend for $12.50 each.

• 9:00am – 11:00am
• 12:00pm – 2:00pm
• 3:00pm – 5:00pm

Indoor Upstairs Mezzanine
Enjoy the comfort of our spacious indoor mezzanine area, perfect for parties that prefer to stay out of the elements. This elevated space provides a great view of the pool areas, making it ideal for keeping an eye on the fun. (Please note: this space does not have wheelchair or pram access.)

Outdoor Shade Shelter
Take the festivities outdoors with our covered shade shelter, a great choice for sunny days. This area provides plenty of space for kids to eat, play, and enjoy themselves while parents relax in a comfortable environment.

Both spaces provide easy access to Bayswater Waves’ unique attractions, including the heated pools, pool inflatable, and Perth’s only Wave Pool.

Make your child’s birthday even more special with delicious catering options designed to satisfy both kids and parents. We’ve got a variety of packages to choose from, ensuring the food is as memorable as the fun!

Bayswater Waves Pool Inflatable

Take your child’s birthday party to the next level with our exciting pool inflatable! This giant inflatable obstacle course is a hit with kids, adding an extra layer of fun and adventure to the party.

Key Details

• Cost: $120.00 for the first hour of booking.
• Age Requirement: All children using the inflatable must be 6 years or older.
• Supervised Fun: Our inflatable is set up in a designated pool area for safe and secure enjoyment under lifeguard supervision.

Whether kids are racing to the finish or just having fun navigating the challenges, the inflatable is sure to be the highlight of their special day.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own food. However, we do not allow commercial catering from major take-away outlets. We do however have hassle-free catering options from our café.

Can I come early to set up my birthday party?

We allow hirers to access there party area 15 minutes prior to their birthday party booking time and allow 15 minutes after the booking end time for pack up. Please note during our busy periods, we often have back to back bookings. Please be courteous to others by sticking to these timeframes.

Can we stay past our booking time?

Yes, you are more then welcome to stay and use the facility longer within our operating hours, however you will need to vacate your booking area at the end of your booking time and relocate to somewhere else in the facility.

Can Bayswater Waves store food for us?

In our mezzanine area, we have a small cake fridge available for the hirer who is booking that particular area during the allocated booking time. Bayswater Waves Café is happy to refrigerate one cake per party when the café is providing catering.

Will the slide and Waves be running during my booking?

The slide is open on weekends, school holidays and public holidays for the general public from 10:00 – 4:00pm.

10-Minute Wave Sessions take place at the following times:  10:10am, 10:50am, 11:30am, 12:10pm, 12:50pm, 1:30pm, 2:10pm, 2:50pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm*

Do you provide candles, knife, cutlery, cups, plates, serviette, candles, lighters etc?

No, we do not provide any of the above listed items. Plates and spoons will only be provided if catering is purchased through the café.

Can I bring decorations?

You are more then welcome to decorate your hired space. When possible avoid single-use plastics such as balloons and party poppers. We strongly recommend considering alternatives. Please note decorations will need to be set up and packed up with all rubbish put in bins provided within your booking time.
