How to Get Started with Online Passes
If you haven’t already, you’ll need to register your email and create an account on our online portal. Here’s how:
- Go to phoenix.bayswater.wa.gov.au
- Click the “Log In” icon at the top of the page.
- Select “Create Account” and follow the prompts.
- Once your account is created, visit phoenix.bayswater.wa.gov.au/Pass/Buy and follow the prompts
Important: The email you register must match the email linked to your membership or enrolment. Not sure? Contact your nearest centre
