Public Notice to Introduce New Fees and Charges
The City of Bayswater’s annual schedule of Fees and Charges was adopted by Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 23 June 2026. A schedule of those fees and charges can be inspected and obtained from the City of Bayswater Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley or viewed on the City’s website.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995, that the City of Bayswater intends to impose new and amended Fees and Charges for the 2026/27 financial year. The purpose is to activate and launch new programs and service opportunities identified through recent community engagement projects for City operated Recreation Facilities.
The new and amended fees and charges are shown below.

The date of these proposed fees and charges to be introduced is 13 August 2026.
