October Gym Challenge: The Dry Triathlon

It’s time to put your stamina to the test this October with our latest gym challenge – the Dry Triathlon!

Taking place at Bayswater Waves and The RISE, across three machines and just nine minutes of effort, you’ll push your fitness and see how you stack up on the leaderboard. And yes, there are prizes waiting for standout efforts.

The Challenge

  • Row – 3 minutes

  • Ski – 3 minutes

  • Air Bike – 3 minutes

Your combined machine calories will form your total score. Try as many times as you like through the month and see if you can climb the leaderboard.

Who Can Take Part?

The challenge is open to all active members, casual users, and Fitness Passport holders.

How to Enter

Simply speak to one of our fitness team members at Bayswater Waves or The RISE. They’ll set you up, record your calories, and make sure your score is added to the leaderboard.
