Get ready to finish the year strong! Our 12 Days of Fitmas Member Challenge is coming to both Bayswater Waves and The RISE, running from Monday 8 December to Saturday 20 December. This festive fitness challenge is designed to test your strength, endurance and consistency, with daily movements that anyone can take part in – whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or looking for a new way to stay motivated in December.
How the Challenge Works
Over the 12-day period, members must complete one exercise per day across 12 different movements. You may complete multiple exercises on the same day if needed – as long as all 12 are finished by 20 December.
Each exercise will be performed for maximum reps in 60 seconds, or as a timed hold for isometric movements (up to a maximum of 4 minutes). A staff member must observe each exercise to validate your score.
Your results will be recorded on our challenge leaderboard, with scoring based on:

1 point per rep

1 point per second for timed holds

Bonus points added based on age category (e.g. ages 20–29 = +2 points, 30–39 = +3 points, etc.)
To be eligible to win, participants must complete all 12 movements.

No registration form is required, simply speak to a Gym Staff Member at Bayswater Waves or The RISE from Monday 8 December and they’ll get you started.
Full details, observation, recording and support will be managed by the Health Club teams throughout the challenge.
