Looking for ways to keep the kids busy these school holidays? The City of Bayswater’s popular School Holiday Programs offer a fun-filled range of activities across our local recreation centres. Join us at The RISE and Morley Sport & Recreation Centre for interactive clinics including sports, crafts, games, and creative workshops designed for children aged 5–10.

Get ready for a festive and fun-filled school holiday season, with our Kids Festive Clinic at The RISE on Monday, 22 December from 1:00pm-4:00pm!

Designed for children who love craft, creativity and Christmas cheer, each program offers a structured afternoon or morning of activities, perfect for keeping little ones engaged in a safe, supervised environment. Both programs include a mix of craft, baking, Christmas decorating, and even a short festive film, all delivered by our experienced team. Each child will take home handmade Christmas creations and gifts they’ve crafted throughout the session. More information can be found here.

City of Bayswater Recreation is excited to launch a brand-new series of programs specifically for young people aged 11–17 — expanding our offering beyond our traditional 5–10 year old holiday activities for the very first time.

These new pop-up sessions at The RISE and Morley Sport & Recreation Centre are designed to give teens and pre-teens more opportunities to get active, try new activities and connect with others in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Running across January, and currently consisting of Pickleball, Netball and K-Pop Dance, these programs are sure to have something for everyone.
