Plan Your Swim: Important Information for 50m Pool Users
Bayswater Waves is gearing up for an action-packed Term 1 with the release of the 2025 Swimming Carnival schedule. From 6 February to 10 April, our 50m outdoor pool will host a variety of school swimming carnivals on selected weekdays.
We understand that this may impact our regular members and patrons who rely on the 50m pool for training, lap swimming, and general use. To help you plan ahead, we encourage you to check the schedule and be aware of peak times when the pool will be occupied for carnival events.

- 6th: 8:30am – 2:45pm
- 7th: 9am – 2pm
- 10th: 9am – 12pm
- 11th: 9am – 3pm
- 12th: 8:30am – 2:30pm

How This Affects You
While the 50m pool will remain available outside of carnival hours, we recommend checking the schedule in advance and planning your visits accordingly. During carnival periods, lane availability will be limited, and noise levels may be higher than usual.
For those looking for alternative swimming options, our indoor pools will remain open as usual.
